We acquire and reposition iconic real estate into destination properties throughout North America. Rosedale Hospitality Management
Established in 2022, Rosedale Hospitality Management was formed by principals of Rosedale Investment Partners to oversee operations and development management at the firm’s commercial, hospitality, and RV portfolio which currently comprises a respective ~60,000 rsf, 91 hotel keys, and 1,400 RV sites (as of September, 2024). .
